Take a close look at this Canadian made router table and you will soon realise why it has become the leading routing system in North America.It features Jessem's unique Rout R Lift which allows you to raise and lower the router bit through a full 2 1/2" of vertical travel from above the table with incredible precision to within 0.005". The centre hole will accept bits up to 3 1/2" in diameter. The Mast R Ring that holds the router in place is pre drilled with a multitude of holes to accept all brands of routers.The 3/4" table top measuring 32" x 24" is made from solid Phenolic , which is one of the strongest, most stable and durable materials available and is guaranteed never to warp, sag, swell or rust. A full length T slot mitre track is machined flush to the working surface.The Mast R Fence glides smoothly back and forth on two tracks that have adjustable scales for a zero reference and fast , repeatable set ups and locks firm in position with a twist of the 'high boy' lock down knobs.The scale along the top of the fence is tilted forward for perfect vision and the sub fences are made from Phenolic to allow for a smooth workpiece passage. The table stand is the most rigid open frame you will find and is manufactured from premium quality steel with a black powder coat finish. All the scales on this unit are in both metric and imperial. This is quite an exceptional precision router table system that eliminates the cumbersome act of having to fumble underneath the table to make adjustments.With the new optional sliding mitre fence system it becomes the dream routing machine. I chewed my lip a bit before spending this much, but the minute I opened the boxes I knew it was worth it. Buy the Mite R Slide with it - another £190 I know but I promise you'll find it hard not to just stand there pushing it back and forth with a big smile on your face, even when you are not working any wood.

From the minute you open the boxes this table shouts out quality.I make oak cabinets which require a lot of raise panel routing.By simply rotating the handwheel i can set the cutter height to within 0.1 of a milimetre.The phenolic top does not wear and is true to the fence.I can strongly recommend this system.

At first it seemed a lot of money for a router table, but after 6 months of use i can tell you all it is the finest piece of equipment i have ever purchased.It makes routing so much easier,faster and more accurate.I can ghange cutters from above the table and vary the cutting height with incredible precision.I bought a second router (the PC7529)which is now dedicated to the table.The build quality of the table is excellent and the large worktop gives excellent workpiece support.I'm saving up for the sliding carriage - i tried to make my own but failed miserably.

I can't emphasize the quality of this table enough. This product is well thought out and every component is engineered from the very best materials. They simply don't come any better. Sure it's a lot to pay and the mitre slide is not included, but I guarantee you won't regret it !

This is a quality piece of equipment, well made and easy to use. We have installed a Triton router in the table which is an excellent combination. With the power of the Triton and accuracy of the Jessem system we feel we have a set up as good as some spindle moulders.

I bought the complete system last year and it has turned out to be the best routing system I have used (leigh dovetail/mortice and tenon jig and the dreaded woodrat).
