This professional router table from Fox, features an extremely strong cast iron table bed that is precision ground for accuracy in use. Within the cast iron table is a sliding carriage with quick release workpiece clamp which allows for safe, controlled and judder free passage of timber past the cutter head. Two independently adjustable fences eliminate the need for shims, with either of the fences having the ability to be offset to give continuous support to the workpiece both before and after it passes the cutter. The twin fence assembly can also be reversed so the rear of the cast iron table can be utilised, this avoids the need to work over the sliding carriage when machining smaller workpieces. The cast iron table also has the added feature of being hinged, allowing it to be raised with the aid of two gas struts and pull handles, to give access to the underside of the table for router mounting and adjustment. Accepts all popular models of router between 3/4Hp and 5Hp. Supplied with a system of dust extraction ducting and ports, workpiece clamps and a pressed steel legstand.

Very impressed with the engineering thats gone in to this router table. Beware the table is very heavy, however it is supported by gas struts so it can't trap your fingers.

An excellent table unlike the instructions which were little better than a parts list and a few photos of what it looks like assembled. That said, assembly was an enjoyable challenge. A must for any puzzle-loving engineer!
