The 250mm x 50mm aluminium oxide grinding wheel is kept running at a constant 90 rpm by the high torque motor, even when under load. This slow speed combined with the wet wheel prevents excessive heat build up in the tool. The sturdy metal body has a durable powder coated finish and large rubber feet. An NVR switch prevents the motor from starting up automatically after a power failure and the switch has a rubber coating to protect it from dust and water. On the opposite side to the grindstone is a 200mm x 30mm leather honing wheel for removing burrs and polishing to a razor sharp edge. The included universal support can be attached to the grinder either horizontally or vertically to suit the jig you are using. Comes with straight edge jig, honing paste, angle guide, universal support, turning tool jig and stone grader.
