Delivery Timetable..

*Heavy Products: Some heavier products are subject to a delivery charge of £19.95 for UK deliveries. This is shown in the product description where applicable.

All times are subject to stock availability. All deliveries will require a customers signature as proof of receipt. If you are not in when the carrier calls, the carrier will leave a card stating that they attempted to deliver. The carrier will then call back the next two consecutives working days in an attempt to deliver.

Prices..

Prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT and are correct at time of publication, but are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Order Acceptance Terms..

Pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process will generate an automated order acknowledgement email detailing all of the products ordered. This is not confirmation of order acceptance by Rutlands Ltd.

Acceptance of your order and creation of a sales contract will only take place upon despatch of your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Your order will not be accepted if:

1. The product ordered is no longer available from us.
2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your given payment method.
3. The order is a result of an incorrect product description or price.

An email will be sent to you upon despatch of your order.

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. If you wish to cancel once your order has been despatched, our returns procedure must be followed.

Secure Shopping..

You can pay for goods using any of these popular payment debit and credit cards. Our on-line shopping system is totally secure (see below), but if you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, please refer to our contact details page

This site uses the industry standard encryption system "SSL" to ensure the security of sensitive data transmitted across the Internet.

"Cookies"..

The online shopping function uses a cookie to record a unique reference so that we can keep track of what you order. It takes up about 90 bytes of space and is only accessible by us. If your browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them you won't be able to shop! Cookies are not used to store any personal or credit card information, only the items which you choose to place in your basket.
