This fully forged hand fork features a unique 480mm long handle design to prevent your hands from slipping off the shaft, enabling you to significantly extend your reach and increase leverage.It is designed to be used from a kneeling or sitting position or a standing position when working on raised beds. The three flat and sharpened tines penetrate even the most compacted soil with ease making digging and turning significantly easier and quicker and the head is hardened and tempered to prevent the tines from bending under heavy load.The compact head on this forks allows for controlled digging and turning of soil close to plants, shrubs and small trees without the risk of damaging surrounding roots. The forged tang of the blade goes deep into the handle creating an exceptionally strong joint between handle and blade. This fork has excellent structural rigidity and will give a life time of use.
