A unique bulb design on each end of the 480mm shock proof ash handle prevents your hands from slipping off the shaft and enables you to significantly extend your reach. Used in push mode the blade is sharp so that it will cleanly slice through roots making it ideal for hoeing between delicate seedlings and plants in flower beds or vegetable gardens. The angle of the neck means that the heart shaped head sits perfectly horizontal and simply by lifting or lowering the drop grip handle the blade cuts into the soil to remove weeds from below the surface.
