Hot forged from high carbon steel, these pruning shears have mirror polished, razor sharp blades that are fully resharpenable should they ever become dull. To make cutting and pruning easier and more comfortable, the cutting head is set at a slight angle to the handles. The two halves of the pruning shears are held together with a bolt and brass nut allowing the user to tighten them should they work loose over time. The spring is strong but not so much that is causes difficulty in closing the shears. For added safety, a catch at the bottom of the handle locks the shears closed when not in use. ©
