The fully forged head features three sharp teeth that penetrate into the ground with ease and then when you pull the head toward you the sharp edges break up the clods. The open slots prevent the blade from clogging up with soil, making the Spork hoe lighter in use and the reduced friction allows it to slide effortlessly through the ground. Mounted on a 1400mm straight grain ash handle this hoe makes light work of preparing large areas of ground. Do not underestimate the design of this tool, it is simply superb.
