A favourite when potting out greenhouse grown plants, this trowel has an extra wide blade with high curved sides that hold and move more compost in one movement than a conventional trowel. The rounded heart shape makes life easier when scooping out flower pots and tubs, and helps prevent soil spilling out of the pots. The sharpened edge of the blade penetrates compacted soil with ease. The 140mm ash handle is oil finished and ergomonically shaped for a comfortable, positive grip and the tang of the blade goes deep into the handle for an exceptionally strong join. Hand forged in Holland from Swedish carbon steel, this trowel is one of our best selling tools. ©
