This is the narrowest of all the trowels and is used for a number of dedicated applications. The extra long and narrow blade is perfect for sowing seed. You simply load with seed, draw back the surface of the soil with the nose of the blade and sprinkle the seeds in a controlled straight line. It is also used due to its narrow dimensions for weeding in confined crevices in rockeries, paths, patios and between crazy paving stones. The 220mm fully forged blade will not bend or buckle under heavy leverage and the edge of the blade is sharpened so that it quickly and easily penetrates compacted soil. The 140mm ash handle is ergonomically shaped and oil finished for a comfortable, positive grip and the tang of the blade goes deep into the handle for an exceptionally strong join. Strong and durable, this trowel is hand forged in Holland. ©
Dakota Holland garden tools are covered by a 15 year guarantee meaning that they will be free of any manufacturing defects. If a customer should find any manufacturing related defect, either the garden tool or faulty component will be replaced free of charge.
