This carvers vice will clamp to any worktop up to 3.75" in thickness. You affix using woodscrews you workpiece to the round casting and then slide the main bar into the vice.The carving can then be rotated horizontally through 360 degrees and can be raised or lowered to suit the carvers stance. For initial roughing out work that requires heavy pressure the round casting can be locked off in position with the securing pin. ©
