This super strap clamp will exert even, high clamping pressure on frames up to 700mm square. The clamp comes supplied with four 90º corner brackets for square frames that can be removed so that you can clamp circular and oval work as well as triangles and irregularly shaped objects. The 2.7m long nylon web will not stretch under load and is held firmly in position by two high pressure levers. To use, position the strap around the frame or work and rotate the multi-position handle. This handle pulls the nylon webbing strap tight exerting equal pressure on all sides of the work piece. The non-slip comfort handle allows for a powerful grip and the quick action thread allows for fast operation. ©

Most "frame" clamps on the market will only hold square and rectangular frames and unfortunately I rarely make four sided frames. These clamps hold any shape and are perfect for the hexagonal, octagonal and even triangular frames I'm asked to make. Very easy to set up and use.

I restore antique furniture which often sees me taking a piece apart and re-gluing it. Unlike bar and F cramps, strap cramps conform to the shape they're clamping and there are no heavy jaws to bite into the wood. The strap also exerts even pressure around the shape with no risk of it being pulled out of square. These are truly excellent cramps.
