Most impact drivers on the market come fitted with an industry standard 1/4" quick change chuck for hex shanked bits which is ideal if all of your bits have hex shanks. But what if they are not? What if you really need to use a round shanked bit instead? This keyless chuck provides the answer. Designed for use with impact drills, this chuck has a shank capacity from 0.8mm up to 10mm. Precision greared, this chuck opens and closes smoothly and an internal ratchet mechanism prevents the chuck jaws from opening in use. This chuck features a release nut to free any bits that may get stuck in the chuck. Mounted on an industry standard 1/4" hex shank to fit directly into the chuck of the impact driver, this chuck is quick to deploy and remove when no longer needed. The hex shank is also built to provide superior shock resistance when drilling or screwing. This chuck is an essential buy for any impact driver owner as it will bring greater versatility to your drill. The chuck measures 42mm in overall diameter and 98mm in overall length.
