The cast iron base measures 200mm wide x 300mm deep, is surface machined for accuracy and features a T-slot for mounting a machine vice. A rack and pinion mechanism controls the travel of the head and an adjustable depth stop with scale ensures that drill depths can be repeated, making this stand ideal for repetitive production work. The head features a clear plastic chuck guard and is mounted on a substantial 37mm diameter column.
