The 3/8" Beadlock Pro Kit is the perfect system for creating multiple loose tenon joints accurately and very quickly with nothing more than a power drill. As both members of the joint require mortices for the loose tenons to fit in to, there is no additional set up required to cut both sides, saving considerable time over a conventional mortice and tenon jig. This sturdy jig is made from heavy duty 3/8" thick anodised aluminium and features a rapid action integral clamping system with up to 3 1/2" clamping capacity. The drill block is hardened steel for extra durability and can be moved along the steel guide rails for precise positioning of the mortice. To assist with setting up and accurate placement, the jig features index lines in both directions allowing you to line the jig up with your own markings. Also included with this kit is a plain, hardened steel guide block for hand cut mortices. Supplied in a plastic carry case, this set comes with Pro Jig, 3/8" HSS drill bits, 3/8" stop collar, 3/8" beadlock guide block and a 3/8" mortice paring guide block.
