This oval and circle cutting system is fast and easy to use. Without requiring any other equipment, this system will cut perfectly bevelled ovals from 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" to 20" x 23" and circles from 4 3/4" to 20" in diameter in matboard and foamboard. Capable of cutting single, double and triple mats, this cutter adjusts from oval to circle in the mere twist of a knob. Mounted on an aluminium arm with scale, the cutter is supplied with five extra blades. This simple yet highly effective cutter comes complete with creative matting instructions. The maximum difference between oval height and width is 3". ©
