The studio joiner is an extremely handy all purpose V-nail press and will work on all softwood and hardwood mouldings. Designed for light duty use, this press inserts a single V-nail at a time. More efficient and controllable than the hand held V-nail insertion tools, this lever operated joiner has an integrated quick action work piece clamp to keep the mitre joint mated during fixing for a professional finish. Capable of holding shaped profiles, this joiner is supplied with a spacer to give added support to irregular mouldings. The tool has a magnetic nail holder and will drive V-nails of all sizes. Supported on two steel posts, this joining tool has full depth and height adjustment and is mounted on a reinforced base board. Anti slip pads further prevent the work from moving during fixing and also offer protection to delicate mouldings. For use on mouldings up to 2 1/2" wide. ©
