Easy to set up and fast acting, the Pro Joiner is designed for producing large numbers of frames rapidly, yet very accurately. This heavy duty professional quality joiner drives up to two nails in at one time in both softwood and hardwood mouldings. Lever operated, this machine is much easier to use and more accurate than hand held V-nail insertion tools. The patented V-nail alignment pins ensure precise placement of the V-nails every time and the spacing of the V-nails can be adjusted to suit the size of the moulding. A quick loading sliding mechanism loads the nails and will accept V-nails of all sizes. For use on mouldings up to 2 1/2" wide, this joiner features a quick action work clamp to keep the pieces perfectly mated during fixing and moulding support arms ensure the moulding does not flex. With both height and nail depth settings, the Pro Joiner offers versatility in your frame design while still being extremely easy and economical to operate. ©
