Used for concave curves such as hollowing out chair seats, this round face spokeshave has a malleable iron body. The curved, raised handles on this spokeshave make it comfortable to use over long periods of time and offers better control. Hardened to Rc-58, the high carbon steel blade can be sharpened to a razor sharp edge for smooth, clean cuts. The 2 1/8" wide blade is fully adjustable for both cut depth and skew, using the knurled thumbscrews This spokeshave can be used to cut on either the push or pull stroke depending user preference.
