Possibly everything you could ask for in a pair of wire cutters, these wire cutters have sharp jaws with an incredibly smooth opening and closing movement. These are professional quality cutters and feature a bronze bearing hinge which is highly wear resistant and will operate as flawlessly after decades of use as they did when first new. As bronze will not corrode or rust, the hinge will not seize should the pliers be subjected to damp conditions. The body of the cutters is made from steel with all non machined parts given a durable matt black finish. The head of the cutters is precision machined and ground to give sharp cutting edges capable of cutting wires between 1.8mm and 2.3mm in diameter. The handles have soft foam grip covers to give you a firm, yet comfortable, non-slip grip. These cutters measure 150mm in overall length and have a 15 degree opening angle. Ideal for all kinds of electric and electronic work. Made in Japan. ©
