This new and improved Airshield is designed to meet the latest European standard and is a fully protected powered respirator for use with all woodworking applications. Approved to BS EN 12941 THP2 standards the filter efficiency is 98%. The motor is positioned away from the sensitive area of the forehead to reduce noise & irritation and the strategic component distribution ensures optimum centre of gravity is achieved for balance and comfort. Functional components are positioned away from the brow allowing the visor to move closer in towards the eye, improving the field of vision. A combination face-seal and hood improves protection whilst keeping hair dust free. The brow guard swings open and can be removed for easy access to filterÆs fan and battery pack for removal or replacement cleaning. It also has an easy to use pre-use airflow go & no-go indicator. This new and improved model ensure maximum comfort and performance. The air flow fully charged is 200 l/min and the 3.6v battery will normally last for 400 cycles. Supplied with battery, charger and plastic carry bag. Weighs 995g. ©
