Face clamps can be difficult to set up and use and time is often wasted in realigning the joint once partially clamped. Now we can offer a better way of keeping those pocket hole joints in plane for fixing. Streamlined and far easier to set up than a face clamp, this new pocket hole clamp makes pocket hole joint assembly less fiddly and more accurate. A 3/8" diameter pin is set at an angle of 15 degrees, exactly the right diameter and angle to fit securely into a pocket hole. This pin registers into the drilled pocket hole and the clamp has a large rubber head mounted on a screw thread that can be tightened to support the other side of the joint keeping the entire assembly secure during fixing. The body is die cast aluminium which gives this clamp immense strength without excessive weight making it ideal for all sizes of project. Its specially profiled body shape allows double pocket holes to be secured at the same time without the need to move the clamp. With a maximum clamping capacity of 3", this clamp can also be used for general clamping applications where a suitable pocket hole can be drilled in the work. Available individually or as a pack of two clamps. ©

These clamps are bee's knees when it comes to frame assembly. You can lay your frames flat and as these clamps aren't an awkward shape, they don't get in the way. If you do a lot of pocket hole joinery then these are definitely worth the investment.

These are great clamps for L and T joints. I often struggled to clamp such joints when building frames but these clamps make it so very easy. I use this clamp on dowel joints - I drill a pocket hole, assemble the dowel joint, glue and clamp and then once dried I plug the pocket hole. I can't recommend these clamps highly enough.
