The tang holds the blade securely within the handle and is forged with the blade from a single piece of steel making the knife incredibly sturdy. The handle is shaped to fit securely in the hand and offers the user the correct grip for gutting. The knife is supplied with a premium quality cowhide sheath, embossed with a fish scale design, that has a safety lining to keep the knife secure when not is use.
