This has to be the world's finest dado set. Offering unparalleled performance, this is the only dado set that can perform a rip cut across thinly veneered plywood without causing any tearing or splintering of the veneer. Capable of producing 1/4" to 29/32" perfectly flat bottomed grooves, this dado set is supplied with two 24 tooth external saw blades, six 4 tooth chippers and a set of shims. Both the blades and the chippers have negative hooked super hard carbide teeth making this set especially good on plywoods, melamines and abrasive particle boards. This professional quality 30mm bore dado set can make extremely smooth rip, cross and mitre cuts. Chippers must always be used with the saw blades and the blades and chippers must be configured so the carbide teeth never make contact.
