Designed and manufactured in America by Woodpeckers, the Unilift offers the woodworker everything they could ask for in a router lift. This precision machined router lift is the first of its kind to feature four posts, so the router is completely supported on both sides. Offering a full 3 3/4" of travel, the removable crank handle gives the user 1/32" lift per full rotation and only 0.001" travel per single graduation. Ideal for those precision cuts. The aluminium router plate is pre-drilled to suit many different routers and the four steel support posts are precision ground and polished for smooth judder free movement. At the heart of this rise and fall mechanism is a sturdy chain drive ensuring full transmission of the crank handle movement without slipping. When the desired height is reached, use the included brake wrench to engage the onboard brake to lock the lift is position. The top plate is produced from cast, blanchard ground aluminium and will fit an aperture of approximately 9 1/4" x 11 3/4" x 3/8". Eight threaded set screws allow for the precise levelling of the plate and two spring-loaded ball bearings sit on the edges of the plate to compensate for temperature variations, prevent deformation and to stop vibration during use. The machined recess under the plate means that only 5/16" is added to the base of the router at maximum height, less than any other router lift on the market. The three plastic insert rings offer two aperture sizes of 1" and 2 5/8" and the third will accept two part guide bushes for template following. These inserts have a twistlock mechanism drop them into the paerture of the router plate and turn them to lock them into position. Crafted to exacting tolerances, this Unilift is very well designed and beautifully engineered to give a machine that will just run and run. Comes with solid brass knurled starting pin, three insert rings, spanner wrench, brake wrench and mounting screws or a number of different routers. The Unilift is fully compatible with the all of our Woodpecker table tops and also the Jessen phenolic router table top part no 3004.

The moment I lifted the Unilift out of the box I knew I'd made the right decision. This router lift screams quality and is so perfectly engineered it's almost like a work of art. In use, the router feels secure in its mountings and the fine but positive movement offered by the chain drive system instills a deep sense of confidence in the ability of the product. Right down to the locking brake, the Unilift feels like it has been designed with the needs and expectations of the user, rather than cost and profitability, at the forefront of the creator's mind. Perfect.

Ive had a unilift for a while now and I cant begin to say how much time its saved me. I can change bits through the top of the lift and setting the cutter height is now a breeze. No more fiddling about under the table. The brake gives me piece of mind that the cutter wont move up or down in use and since Ive had it the unilift has performed brilliantly. I make kitchens and this has revolutionised the manufacturing process.

An excellent piece of engineering which makes table routing an absolute joy. With the Unilift, adjustments and cutter changes are so easy. Anyone who has a router table ought to have a Unilift.

My Rutlands catalogue came the other day and i ordered my unilift as soon as i saw it. It's as well made and as professional as it looks. With it's chain drive and proper brake to hold the router in place, not to mention i can now change bits from above the table!

Superb piece of kit. One turn of the handle raises or lowers the router by 1/32nd of an inch with no slack. Excellent investment. No serious woodwroker should be without one. Add this to an Incra LS Positioner and a Porter Cable router for years of trouble free and very accurate routing.

This router table top is overall an excellent piece of engeneering, well made and solid, my only fault with it is you have to remove the chain to insert it in a Jessem fx router table top.
