This cordless headless pinner is the most compact, lightweight 23 gauge pin nailer available, seamlessly driving pins free from the restraints of bulky air hoses and compressors. Designed for fine finish applications, such as fine cabinet and furniture making, or the fixing of decorative mouldings and trim, each pin displaces minimal material, allowing you to drive tight up to an edge without the risk of splitting the wood. With no head, each 0.6mm diameter pin drives straight into the wood, leaving an inconspicuous hole, easily painted over or filled with wood dust to match the surrounding area.

The side loading magazine accepts 23 gauge headless pins, from 15mm to 32mm in length, with a generous 100 pin capacity. Powered by an 18V Li-ion, 2Ah long life battery it can fire up to 900 shots per charge and is supplied with a fast charger to minimise downtime. The compact and balanced body with ergonomic soft grip handle allows for comfortable working in tight, hard to reach areas. The no-mar rubber nose cover ensures no marking of finished workpieces, and provides precise pin placement, aided by an LED light that illuminates the working area.

The pinner features an anti-jam mechanism for uninterrupted firing, and an adjustable impact control knob with seven settings to control the firing power according to the hardness of wood used. Designed for smooth operation, with low levels of recoil in the hand, the pinner features a contact safety switch to eliminate accidental firing. The pinner is supplied with 500 x 25mm headless pins, 18V 2.0Ah Li-ion battery, fast charger and tool belt clip. ©

Cordless headless pinner

Excellent quality as expected from Rutlands. I have the cordless nailer and this is a great addition to it plus I now have two batteries to swap between them. Pins go in easily with no jamming.

Perfect for light fixings

Perfect for light fixings, trimming, beads etc . Fitted all of my flooring scotia on 1 battery. No damage or dents to the wood so no filling needed. Well pleased.

Superb product that is really light

Superb product that is really light to use and has a long battery life, I dont think I will ever run out of charge on a job. I have been using to pin some beading into solid oak skirting boards with no issues at all.

I have had the 18g nailer from Rutlands

I have had the 18g nailer from Rutlands and it has never missed a beat in around 2 years. I needed a pinner for some detail work where 18g nails are slightly too big, I saw this and purchased without hesitation. The quality is exactly the same and I now have a spare battery to use with either gun depending on the job I am doing. I ordered the mixed pack of pins to go with the pinner.
