FULL DESCRIPTION
Pocket hole jigs have become a standard workshop tool over the past decade and as such an array of low budget, entry level units have arrived on the market. This is definitely not one of them. This is a premium performance pocket hole jig made from CNC aircraft-grade aluminium which will allow you to produce incredibly strong, precise and clean joints when making kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, book cases and other furniture.

As pocket hole joints require no glue, the joints can be easily dismantled at any time. This jig is designed to produce fast and accurate pocket holes in timbers from 12.7mm to 38mm thick. It has the advantage that it works as a workshop pocket hole jig for jointing standard frames and as a portable jig when jointing work that is too big to fit in a clamped-in pocket hole jig. It is also great for repair work where the existing joint cannot be dismantled.

The aluminium body of the jig features two rare earth magnets allowing face clamps to be quickly positioned to lock the work piece in position. Once in place simply drill your pocket hole using the tapered HSS drill bit and depth stop. The drilling block features two hardened steel bushes to accept and guide the HSS stepped drill bit. Additional holes machined into the face of the jig act as dust ports to prevent swarf from becoming trapped in the flutes of the drill bit. This portable pocket hole kit comes complete with the aircraft-grade aluminium jig, titanium coated stepped drill bit, depth collar, and square driver bit. ©

Great little piece of kit that works very well, instructions take a bit to get in your head but once you understand the way to set it up bobs your uncle. Superb quality at a fair price I love it.

Used to rely on biscuit joinery for joining cabinets together but pocket holes have given me a new stronger method that is probably quicker and easier to set up. The results look great too, would probably recommend a few test runs on some scrap wood first to avoid any disasters. Comes with a decent drill bit and driver so I didn't need to buy many extras only some screws and wood plugs
