How To Order
Our guide below will provide all the help you need to place your order.
- Choose your destination from the drop down menu ‘Choose Destination’.
- Select the product you want to buy.
- Select a size (if applicable) from the drop down box.
- Input the quantity you want to buy and then click ‘Add to Basket’.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘Basket’.
- In the Basket screen you can view the shipping charges and if required amend your order before ‘Proceeding to Checkout’.
- To register as an existing customer please enter your email and password in the ‘Returning Customer’ box.
- To register as a new customer you will need to register your details in the ‘New Customer’ box.
- Once you are logged in as a new or returning customer, you will need to confirm your delivery choice and proceed to ‘Payment’.
- Enter your payment details and click ‘Process Payment’.
- An email acknowledgement will be sent to your registered email address.

Order by Proforma Invoice
Please email or phone our customer service team on 01629 815518 with your order requirements, detailing product codes, descriptions, delivery address and we will submit a proforma invoice which will be valid for 30 days.
Change or Cancel an Order
- It is not possible to change or cancel an order once you have placed it. When your goods arrive you will need to follow our returns procedure.
- If you would like to add products to your order, you will need to place a new order.
