These heavy duty castors are Ideal for mounting on machinery, work benches, cabinets, cupboards and anything else that needs to be mobile. With the ability to accept loads of up to 140kg each, these castors will make even the heaviest table saw move with ease. Each wheel has full 360 degree swivel rotation allowing you to steer it in any direction and ball bearing rollers give both the wheel and swivel an incredibly smooth movement. The foot operated brake lever features a non slip coating and locks both the wheel and the swivel at the same time to provide a solid braking system. The polyurethane tyres will not slip, do not marr flooring and will maintain their shape even when left standing under load for long periods of time. Available in 3" and 4" diameters, the 3" castors measure 4 1/4" in overall height and the 4" castors are 5 1/4" in height overall. Highly recommended by Rutlands Ltd. ©

I have a large wooden tool chest and when it's full, it's virtually impossible to move. I put four of these castors on the bottom and now it will move anywhere with little effort required. My next project is to put a set of these on my saw bench.

These are excellent castors. I only have a small workshop so I need to be able to move my machines around to make space. I originally fitted these castors to my 12" cast iron table saw and have now fitted a set to my 320mm planer thicknesser. Despite the weight of these machines these castors roll freely and are very easy to steer. The brakes work really well as the machines won't budge once all four castors are locked. I have just received within 36 hours of my order 12 of the 75mm casters for 3 workshop machines and in a sentence they make me want to throw my new machines away and buy better one's to compliment these superb well made, designed ,and attractive castors.
