An infinitely adjustable frame which can be used to create rectangles and squares up to 600mm x 600mm. Ideal for routing slots, recesses or even small panel moulds, this Varijig consist of four lengths of 700mm extrusion. Each length has a locking corner joint and both imperial and metric scales running down the middle to make sizing the frame easier. These joints have runners which fit into the T-slot on the other extrusions and can be locked off anywhere along the length creating a rigid frame to work with. It is recommended that a square is used to ensure the internal angles are 90 degrees before routing. This kit comes with an anti-tilt block which screws on to the base of your router to offer support during routing. This jig is a perfect multipurpose guide for kitchen fitters etc. ©
