Designed for the jointing of postform worktops between 500 and 650mmm in width, this worktop jig is made from 16mm sloid laminate making it incredibly tough and wear resistant. The single male and femal template will allow you to cut 45 degree and 90 degree male and female joints in worktops up to 42mm thick. Specially shaped, this jig will also cut peninsular joints and can accommodate joints which are out of square by up to 3 degrees. Perfect for the real life situations. A width setting stop gives accurate positioning on the board for precise cutting. An integral panel bolt connector template eliminates the need for a separate jig; the entire job can be done with this one jig. Recommended for use with 1/2" routers of 1300W or more, this jig requires 1261 - Universal Base with steel bushes and a TR122 - 2" long 1/2" shank straight cutter. This jig comes complete with 3 alloy location bushes, a length stop and full instructions. ©
