This new full size router table represents exceptional value for money. With its generously sized worktop measuring 600mm x 810mm it offers more table room and therefore more work piece support, than most other router tables. Made from laminate covered, highly pressurised MDF the 36mm thick top will not bow even under the weight of the heaviest of 1/2" routers. A hardened 3/4" T track running the full length of the table will accept all industry standard feather boards and mitre gauges. The solid phenolic insert plate measures 12" x 9", can be drilled to suit any router base and it comes complete with two snap in insert rings and a lead on pin. The aperture in the insert plate will accept a maximum 90mm diameter bit, perfect for raised field panel cutters. Rare earth magnets sited on both the plate and table hold the insert plate firm preventing it from lifting in use. To change the cutter simply lift the router and plate out of the table, it could not be easier. The aluminiuml fence locks rigidly to the table and has wooden sub fences that can be adjusted to accommodate the diameter of router bit being used. An aluminium T-track runs the length of the fence to accept feather boards, user made jigs and accessories. The 63mm dust extraction port allows waste to be removed at source giving a better finish to the work. A heavy gauge steel stand provides the support for this system and, recently redesigned, this stand has splayed legs rather than the straight ones illustrated. This router table has the optimum working height of 770mm. No volt release switches and feather boards are available as options. Highly recommended for the professional cabinetmaker or the discerning home woodworker. When ordering compatible featherboards, please note that the table T-track will accept DKA43 Dakota Mitre Slot Featherboard, 10005 Bench Doc Feather Loc with 3/4" bar and 40012 Bench Dog Tandem Feather Loc with 3/4" bar. The fence T-track accepts 40011 Bench Dog Double Feather Loc on 1/4" studs. ©

I am impressed with the table. It was very well packaged, easy to assemble, and there were no missing parts. I really like the fact that to change cutters all you do is lift the plate and router out of the table. So much quicker than my old table where I had to crawl on my hands and knees. The table is a really good size and the steel fence does not creep under heavy pressure.

I bought this router table to use with large raised panel cutters for making new door fronts for our kitchen. My old Trend table was too small and did not have the stability to work with large cutters. This table is excellent as the top is large enough to support the doors without me supporting them. Changing cutter height is easy as you simply lift the plate and router out in one go and you have immediate access to the collet. I have added a shelf to the stand and boxed it in on three sides and added two doors to the front. Looks the dogs b****cks.

I am impressed with this table, the size and quality of it is better than expected and at this price it is a bargain. It took careful measuring and drilling to align the router base, and dont forget to remove the small grub screws before putting the plate on the pillar drill, they tend to fall out!! Overall an excellent product

At this price very good value for money. Compelling rigidity, particularly the fence which is a massive chunk of duralumin angle supporting the laminated MDF fences. As others say it is easy to change cutters by simply lifting the insert and attached router out of the table. I have just made two 6" wide pilasters, each with five stopped flutes and, because of their overall length, each had to be made of two pieces; such is the stability of the table and accuracy of the fence that the flutes of one piece aligned perfectly with those of the other. My only criticism - and it is minor - is that the thickness of the applied yellow measures can hinder the movement of the timber past the cutter head. I plan to replace them with recessed metal measures in due course. First rate bit of kit.

Very pleased with the table, Excellent value for money and well made. The base is very stable and the fence true, and all very easy to assemble. All I need now is a router! Delivery also excellent - about 24hrs.

A solid and very well built table, not the usually shoddy asian workmanship we normally get. Every part of the table has that high quality feel about it. Top marks to Rutlands, I ordered it on Tuesday lunch and it was in my workshop 19 hours later, ready for my wife to assemble :). A 5 star service.

I was going to make a router table but when the email came through yesterday with such good reviews and offer price so I bought one. It came today (less than 24 hours) which in itself is excellent service I just unpacked the table and I am over the moon with the quality and value for money.

This table is a 'serious bit of kit' and for the money is extreamly good value. To my surprise and delight the top & fence are both veneered on both sides preventing that inevitable tendency for the base material to bow. the table support frame, which I think has been re-designed, makes the whole table both rigid and stable and just cries out for a shelf to be fitted by the purchaser onto the bottom leg braces which can accommodate all those bits and pieces like push sticks, additional feather boards etc. The fence is held in place by an aluminium angle that would be more in place as a part of a Boeing 747 main wing spar, I cannot see any chance of distortion in that area. On assembly of the fence I checked it out with my 'Shinwa' mitre square, fence to table, and there was not a scrap of daylight to be seen. One very small observation and that is the 'stick- on' measure gauges, they do impead the passage of the material being machined on the odd occasion, but again for this money it can easily be rectified by the purchaser. Well done RUTLANDS and thanks for an excellant service.

Considering the current price this is a great table, good size, flat, good tracks. Build quality good for the price. Table insert makes changing and adjusting bits accessible and easy. Good solid (sliding) mdf faced steel fence that stays put under heavy pressure. Fence was not quite perfectly square on first set up but easily adjusted. The only real critisism is the leg frame hence 4/5. This just isn't sturdy enough and gives/leans in all directions under use. Easily sorted out with some additional bracing though.

The table top with miter track and fence with t-track really nice but legs are 0 points and the table insert not much better. I the pachage came with no legs but and aluminium table inser i would give 5 points to it. The aluminium insert i already ordered and fixing the legs is my next job.
