This exceptional mitre saw blade is built for hard use but will still leave a perfect finish on hardwood, softwood and composite materials. Designed for cross cutting, this mitre saw blade has a body that is laser cut from German cold rolled steel and is computer balanced for true precise running. Laser cut expansion slots prevent the blade warping or flexing should it get hot with use and the thick teflon coating offers smoother passage through the wood and prevents pitch and resin build up on the blade. The teeth are produced from premium quality micrograin tungsten carbide. The micrograin structure allows the teeth to remain sharper for longer and these teeth are attached to the body of the blade using German silver - copper - silver brazing. This makes the joint slightly elastic allowing any knocks to be absorbed rather than causing the blade to shed a tooth. Each tooth is precision sharpened on the top, side and face to leave a fine feather free cut. Perfect for mitring as well as cross cutting, this is a high perfomance blade worthy of any professional workshop. ©
