Comprising of two drive centres, a live centre and a hollow centre, this four piece drive set will be a useful addition to any woodturners tool kit. The live centres both feature sharp spurs for pinpoint location in the wood. Four sharpened wings on each centre hold the wood firm during turning. One centre measures 5/8" in diameter and is perfect for small diameter spindles, the other measures 1" in diameter and will hold much larger work. The live centre runs on sealed for life bearings and supports the wood without boring into it. This live centre features a cup and sharp point for better purchase on the wood. The hollow centre is designed for long hole boring applications and features a cup end to support the work. The centre in the 1MT kit is hollowed for 3/16" boring and the 2MT centre is hollowed for 5/16" boring. Available in 1MT and 2 MT to suit all popular lathes. ©
