How to Return Unwanted Goods

If you've changed your mind about keeping your order, please return the goods, along with a copy of the invoice, stating unwanted goods. This should be within 30 days of receiving your order and the goods must be unused and in the original packaging. How to Return Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Goods

To return faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent goods please complete the Online Returns Form detailing the reason you wish to request a product return. We will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the completion of your return, if your product is eligible, and provide you with a returns number in order to complete your return.

How to Report Missing Goods

Please email us at . Please note that if you ordered multiple items and we have despatched the goods in multiple parcels. Please await for all the parcels to arrive before making a claim for missing goods.

Refund Timetable

We aim to action all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of returns to our warehouse. Returns eligible for refund will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days for refund payment to be processed by your card provider.
