Product Details

This router table will accept all brands of 1800 watt routers with a maximum base diameter of 157mm. Four steel clamps rigidly secure your router to the underside of the table. Once positioned you then plug your router into the no volt release switch. The NVR switch ensures that in the event of a power cut your router will not automatically switch back on when the power returns. The positioning of the NVR switch also allows for fast and easy access to main on/off button.

The main table is manufactured from machined aluminium and measures 460mm x 335mm. Two pressed steel extension tables extend the overall table length to 870mm. The table has machined grooves to accept the mitre gauge when routing at angles. The one piece fence is 100mm tall and made from a hard polypropylene which is ribbed for strength. To the rear of the fence is a dust port for connection to a vacuum. Three feather boards are supplied to ensure that the workpiece is pressed firmly against the table and fence resulting in a smooth, controlled movement. The left hand fence can be stepped forward toward the front of the table to act as a workpiece support when making large cuts. Mounted on four pressed steel legs this router table should be screwed to the workbench.

This router table represents excellent value for money and is rated for hobbyist/light trade use. It will accept a maximum cutter diameter of 22mm and routers with a maximum weight of 3.5kg. Supplied with NVR switch, three feather boards, mitre gauge, extension tables and built-in dust port.

This is a good little router table for modest work. I also own a Triton table and very powerful router for larger moulding work but this is perfect for lighter duties. Unfortunately my router base didn't quite fit the space beneath the table (so measure carefully). A perfect excuse for purchasing another router! I now have it set up with a 1/4 inch trim router by Katsu and it's running round over bits, chamfers etc beautifully. Speeds production up no end. The table top is good but the bolts are the usual Chinese steel mixed with cheese. Feather boards are OK by flex a bit on the bolt heads. Annoyingly the Coach Bolts that hold the router to the table are already showing signs of the threads stripping. These will be replaced with better quality fixings soon. All in all a good bit of kit but maybe get replacement bolts/fixing from a source you trust to make it sing.

Bought this router table 2/3 weeks ago as I haven't used it. What's is sickening is you have now reduced it by £10:00 NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY

Very pleased.

This table has given much more confidence when routing. I prefer to pass the wood through the cutter rather than the cutter through the wood. Great buy.

I purchased this table as I needed to route 150ft of beading. I used 5 feet lengths of 20mm square softwood and routed a ogee on one face. The feather boards performed well and kept the beading firm against the fence. I used two feather boards on the table surface and one vertical on the fence. The table has to be screwed to a worktop or it will wander if not. I spent some time making sure the extension tables were flush with the main table and I ended up inserting two pieces of timber under each extension to ensure rock solid stability. I also used a 6" g clamp to further secure the fence to the table. Once set up the table worked perfectly and easily coped with the 150 ft of beading. I would definitely recommend this router table but just make sure you set it up properly for the task in hand.

Allow half an hour for assembly as this table comes flat packed. There is a bag of about 40 nuts and bolts - so be patient. I assembled loosely then aligned the extension tables before a final tightening up. I fitted my old Bosch green router with no problems. Its easy to switch on an off with the large red button and for small routing projects I am very pleased. I definitely need bolting to a bech or table.
