FULL DESCRIPTION

Changing router bit bearings is an awkward process, requiring either homemade jigs or risking danger to your fingers as you grip the bits by hand. Traditional vice jaws will damage the shanks of a bit, unbalancing them whilst degrading their security within the collet. This indispensable aid provides a safe way of holding router bits securely, protecting both the bit and the user, making bearing changes, bit cleaning and sharpening both quicker and easier.

Cleverly engineered, unidirectional bearings allow either the tightening or loosening of bearing screws depending on which side of the vice is used. Both sides are marked with clear, laser etched text to quickly identify the correct side, along with positions for 12mm, 8mm, 6mm, ¼” and ½” shank bits.

The vice has been ergonomically designed, CNC machined from aluminium to sit easily and comfortably in the hand. A durable black electro-coated finish ensures scratch, wear and corrosion resistance, and two integrated rare earth magnets allow convenient storage within arm’s reach. ©

This is a great product and works exactly as expected, designed perfectly to do the job it does. It clamps well allowing the fiddly operation of removing the bearing from the bit so much easier.

Very Very Useful

I faced the changing Bearing cases.
But it was impossible because it hardly tighten. And a youtuber introduced the INFINITY router bit vise, but was out of stock. And purchase from AmazonJP, it cost $200.

It supported 1/2", 1/4", 6mm only, but could be enough.
In japan, japanese ROUTER market bases 12mm, 8mm, 6mm.

For a while, I uses Keyless Drill chuck. It seems to work fine, but even using Drill Chuck is easily SLIP!, so need to tighten very hard.

Luckily I found "RUTALAND" !
They have the similar one! And in addition, it support 8mm and 12mm !!
No choice, I must buy it!!
But long time, RUTALANS have been "out of stock".

I wait for long time.
The same day, INFINITY also change the status from "out of stock" to "In Stock", it means every one easily imagine...we trust this VISE.

The product is very fine.
It cover 6mm, 1/4", 8mm, 12mm, 1/2" !!!!
For japanese router bit also can use this!!

DIYer need this!! very useful and convenient and easy ! Do not require to tighten bit, insert and already Locked, and pull out easily. Differ from Drill Chuck!

I strongly recommend this! Very very useful.
Specially for japanese router bit case, because of 6mm, 8mm, 12mm support.

So far, based on my research, only INFINITY and RUTALANDS handle and sell these kind of VISE.
